What is a full arch hybrid restoration?

A full arch hybrid restoration replaces an entire arch of teeth with a fixed, permanent prosthesis supported by 4–6 implants. Unlike traditional dentures, the final restoration does not come out and requires no adhesives or removal at night.

Full arch restorations stop bone loss caused by missing teeth, restore full chewing function, and give you permanent teeth that you never remove.

Will I walk out with teeth on surgery day?

• Most patients leave surgery with a provisional prosthesis — but it is not always a fixed (screwed-in) temporary. Depending on implant stability and bone quality, there are two possible outcomes:

• Fixed provisional (teeth-in-a-day): When implants achieve high stability, a temporary full-arch prosthesis is screwed in place on surgery day.

• You leave with a functional, non-removable set of teeth.

• Temporary denture: If additional healing time is needed before loading the implants, a temporary removable denture is provided while the implants integrate with the bone.

• Your doctor will determine which path is appropriate based on your 3D X-ray, bone quality, and the implant stability achieved during surgery.

What are the final material options?

Zirconia — High-strength, all-ceramic prosthesis. The most durable, stain-proof, and lifelike option. Designed to never need replacement with

proper care. The highest long-term value.

Acrylic hybrid — High-quality, lightweight resin prosthesis. More affordable than zirconia with excellent esthetics and function. Typically needs

to be replaced every 7–10 years as the material wears over time.
